Great-grandmother of Max, Simon, Clara, Liv and Harper. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Martha; brother Bert and her sisters Bernice (Morris) Stone and Jean (Frank) Paget. The funeral service will be held in the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Friends and family will be received after the service at the Royal Canadian Legion, Shelburne (front hall) on Monday, January 20th from 1-5 p.m. Spring interment at Shelburne Cemetery. Born 12 Oct 1922 Mono, Dufferin, On, Can, died 11 Nov 2016 Orangeville, Ontario, Canada, 94 years, buried Shelburne Cemetery On October 6th 1951, a quiet but pretty wedding was solemnized at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Shelburne when Marion Louise Reburn, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Reburn, of Whitfield became the bride of Mr. Leslie Rayfield Little, son of Mrs. Leonard Halbert, Shelburne and the late Thomas Little of Elba. Rev. J.M. Dobson officiated. They were attended by Miss Jean Reburn of Shelburne sister of the bride and Mrs. George Little, twin brother of the groom. After the ceremony the happy couple left by motor for a trip through the United States and Western Canada, visiting Niagara Falls Ontario, and the Purina Experimental Farm at St. Louise, Missouri and friends at Salt Lake City Utah, Calgary, Alberta, Fillimore, Sask. And Neepaka Manitoba. On their return a reception was held at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Maurice Stone. On Friday, November 3rd, a large gathering of well wishes met in Whitfield Hall and presented the newlyweds with a miscellaneous shower They will live on the groom's farm at Whitfield.
