DEATHS - ROBERTS, George A.:
Passed away on October 13, 2003 at Headwaters Healthcare Centre, Orangeville, in his 74th year. George Roberts of Shelburne and Bolton, retired Chief Plumbing Inspector for the City of Etobicoke. Husband of the late Muriel C. Little-Brown (2001). Stepfather of Marlene and Cathy Brown.

Arrangements entrusted to the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne. There will be a private family service in Etobicoke, followed by interment at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. BROWN-LITTLE: A quiet wedding took place on Saturday, Oct. 9, 1943, when Muriel C. L., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Little, of Primrose, became the bride of Mr. T. James L. Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Brown, of Jessopville. Rev. J. H. Pogson, of Shelburne, performed the ceremony.

The bride, attired in a dusty rose wool dress with brown accessories, was attended by her sister, Miss Doris Little, in overseas green wool with black accessories. The groomsman was Mr. Harvey Brown, of Toronto, brother of the groom.

A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents for the immediate families, after which the young couple left on a motor trip to points south. They will reside at Jessopville.

ROBERTS, Muriel Carolyn Letitia (nee Little) Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 8, 2001 at Headwaters Health Care Centre in her 77th year. Dear wife of George Roberts, Melancthon and the late James L. Brown, Melancthon Store. Beloved mother of Marlene and Cathy, Bolton and daughter of the late Albert and Harriet Little, Primrose. Sister of Doris Ferris, Shelburne and twin sister of Maurice Little, Primrose and predeceased by Clifford, Lindsay, Winslowe, Russell, Collins (Wm. C.) and Beverly. Funeral services will be held at the Doney Funeral Home, Shelburne on Monday at 12 noon with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment to take place at the Shelburne Cemetery. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
