DEATH NOTICE - TURNER, Dr. John Frederick, M.D.:
At Dufferin Area Hospital, Orangeville on Sunday, November 4th, 1990, Dr. John Turner (age 43 years), loved husband of Betty Ann Maczko; loving father of Justin, Daniel and Joseph; dear son of Bertha and the late Frank Turner; dear brother of Eveline, Iris (Mrs. R. Small), Florence (Mrs. A. Erickson) and the late Bessie; son-in-law of Jim and Betty Maczko; brother-in-law of Ken and Delores Maczko, Jamie and Kathy Maczko; also remembered by nieces and nephews.

Rested at the Baxter & Giles Funeral Home, 273 Broadway, Orangeville, where friends were received on Monday 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.

Funeral service at Camilla United Church on Wednesday, November 7th at 2:00pm. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Dufferin Area Hospital, Equipment Fund; Camilla United Church or St. Timothy's Church would be appreciated.

Turner Betty Ann (Maczko) Turner/Piche
Surrounded by her loving husband and family passed into her Eternal Home peacefully at Palliative Care Unit, St. Joseph's Health Centre, Sarnia, on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000. She is survived by husband Raymond Piche, sons Justin, Daniel and Joseph Turner all of Sarnia, step-children Trish, Becky and Greg Piche, parents Jim and Betty Maczko; brothers of Ken and Dolores Maczko, and Jamie and Kathy Maczko; all of Sarnia. Predeceased by husband Dr. John Turner (1990). Betty Ann was a registered nurse and belonged to the Ontario College of Nurses. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Women's League.

Friends will be received at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home and Cremation Centre 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia on Friday Dec. 22nd, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christina Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Sat. Dec. 23 at 11 a.m. by Fr. Len Desjardins. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville.
