Beloved wife of Art Archie and dear mother of Dean. Predeceased by a son Lorne in 2002. Mother-in-law of Kathi. Loved grandmother of Breanna and Kevin. Also survived by a special daughter Sandra and Ken Hillier. Sister of Keith and Kathy Green. Sister-in-law of Marie Elliotson, Bill and Jan Elliotson and aunt of Hilary and Dylan, Derek, Mark and Stephen. Karen was employed at General Motors and she was a longtime member of the Caribean Cultural Association and St. Catharines Twinning Association. She was a client of the Linhaven Seniors Program.The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 1st at 1:30 pm. Cremation will follow. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Born 14 Feb 1940, died 22 Nov 2014, 74 years ELLIOTSON, Henry Arthur AKA "Archie"- Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday November 22, 2014 in his 75th year. He is predeceased by his first wife Karen, son Lorne and brothers Billy and Jim. Archie will be lovingly remembered by his wife Tracy and son Dean. Remembered by his grandchildren Breanne and Kevin and step children Tiffany (Owyn), Sandra (Ken), and Donnie (Sandra), as well as many grandchildren. Archie worked at General Motors in St. Catharines for 38 years. He was an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan, and he could always put a smile on your face by telling a funny joke or two. Archie was a former member of the St. Catharines Folk Arts Council. Cremation has taken place with interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
