ELLIOTSON, James _ After a long and courageous battle with diabetes and all its complications, at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in St. Catharines, on Monday, June 14, 2004, Jim, aged 57 years, passed away peacefully, with his family and best friends surrounding him, filling the room with love and helping him with his final journey. Best friend and husband of Maria who will miss him greatly. Dear brother-in-law of Linda and Bob Levitt, Chris and Sharon Morabito and Lawrence Morabito. Brother to Art and Karen Elliotson and Bill and Jan Elliotson. Son-in-law to Don and Caron Jeffrey and special uncle to Robbie and Cindy Levitt, Erin and Derek Judd, Kristy, Mellisa, Joey and Drew Morabito as well as Kathe, Breanna and Kevin Elliotson, Dean Elliotson, Stephen, Derek and Mark Elliotson. Great uncle to Logyn, Brodi and Meaghan. Jim has gone to be with his beloved godson and best friend Lorne Elliotson who is there waiting for him. Also predeceased by his parents Jennie and Harry Elliotson and best friend Sara. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the C.N.I.B. would be appreciated by the family.
