He was predeceased by : his grandmother June. He is survived by : his parents, Cheryl and Gord; his brother Chad (Chrissy); and his grandmother Dorothy. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

CHERRY, Gus It is with our deepest sorrow we announce the passing of Gus Cherry on Sunday, August 18, 2019. Gus is survived by his parents, Cheryl and Gord; brother, Chad and wife, Chrissy; his grandmother, Dorothy and all his loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Gus was predeceased by his Grandpas Dave and Wilf and Grandma June. Born in 1986 with special needs, Gus attended South Corman Park School, then onto John Doland School and onto Cosmopolitan Industries where he enjoyed the last 10 years. A special thanks to this very important program. Some sorrow will last forever, but yet we are truly blessed to have been gifted with Gus and the life we had together. Another thanks to the staff of Cosmo Industries, Gus' professional therapists and friends, Dorothy, Natalie, Cheryl, Angie and Marla. A celebration of Gus' life will be held Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (210 Wess Road). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cosmopolitan Industries in memory of Gus Cherry (1302 Alberta Ave., Saskatoon).
