Scarfe, Carey James January 13, 1969 to December 26, 2009 On December 26, 2009 Carey lost his courageous battle with brain cancer. He leaves a deep void in the lives of all who loved him, including his wife Tracy; his three sons, Conry, Dallas, and Jordan; and his stepson Roger; his parents, James and Bonnie Scarfe; his brother John (Brenda) Scarfe; his sisters, Rachelle (Darcy) Camponi, and Ashley Scarfe; his nieces, Sarah, Keyara, Tianna and Julianne; and his great nephew, Hayden; his grandparents, Audrey Cherry and George Reid; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Carey was predeceased by grandparents Jack and Shirley Scarfe, grandfather Robert Cherry, uncle Robert Scarfe, and aunt Laurie Donaldson. Carey was born and educated in Saskatoon and was employed by CP Rail at the time of his death. Carey took great pride in renovating his house and working in his backyard. He loved to camp and was very proud of his children. A candlelight service will be held at St. Martin's United Church at 2617 Clarence Ave. S, Saskatoon, on January 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers or other tributes, memorial donations can be made in Carey's name to the Canadian Brain Tumour Foundation, http://www.braintumour.ca , and/or DCA Research c/o Cross Cancer Institute at dca.med.ualberta.ca
