Passed away at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 in her 88th year; beloved wife of the late Leslie Langridge (1985); loved mother of Marlene Guldner; dear grandmother of Phyllis McCormick, Micheal Guldner , Matthew Guldner and Cynthia Drago and great-grandmother of Shannon, Meghan, Rachel, Tiffany, Emily, Jonathan, Sarah, Cassandra, Michael Jr., Felicia, Luca, John and Edward; also sadly missed by her sister Ruby Turnbull, her brother George Hodgson her niece, nephews, her step-sons and step-daughters and her many other relatives and friends; predeceased by son Arthur Barker and her son-in-law Edward Guldner.

Friends may call at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, May 29, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

A tree will be planted in memory of May in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday Sept. 7, 2003 at 2:30 p.m.

Passed away at her home in Durham on Monday September 26, 2011 in her 76th year; daughter of the late May Barker (2004); predeceased by her husband Edward (1991); mother of Phyllis McCormick (Barry), Michael Guldner (Sharon), Matthew Guldner (Nancy), and Cynthia Drago (Gino), 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law to Loretta Parliament (Stewart), Aunt Margaret Hodgson. Predeceased by her brothers Arthur Barker (1984), Aunt Ruby Turbull (2004), Uncle George Hodgson (2010).

A celebration of Marlene's life will take place in the Chapel on Friday, October 7th at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, 21 First St., Orangeville at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. As expressions of sympathy donations to ALS Society would be appreciated.

Nurse), Jim, Russell, Fred, Jean (Mrs. B. Nurse), Don and Edna (Mrs. B. Croft), predeceased by one son Leslie; step-father of Marlene (Mrs. E. Guldner) and predeceased by one step-son Arthur Barker; survived by 34 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; survived by sisters May (Mrs. Vern Ward), Hazel (Mrs. Howard Tapping), Hilda (Mrs. Ben Laurin), Myrtle (Mrs. Chester Whynot) and brother George, Eddy and Alshire, predeceased by one sister May Gibson and one brother Jack.
