The funeral service was held at Park Funeral Chapel on Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Mr. Wilkinson. Mrs. Cherry had lived in Smithville and in Saskatoon since 1896, 17 years after she came to Canada from Ireland, her native land. Her husband, William Cherry, predeceased her last October. Surviving members of the family now living in rural Saskatoon are Mrs. W.W. Pollock, Mrs. J.R. Mitchell, R.J. Cherry and Edward Cherry. Another daughter, Mrs. W.L. Rogers, lives at 421 Avenue D, south. The remaining sons are W.J. Cherry, Luseland; J.H. Cherry, Sutherland; George Cherry, 311 Avenue U, south; Theodore Cherry, Branch, Michigan.
