MARY (DERMOTT) MAHARG: Mrs. Mary (Dermott) Maharg, widow of the late George Maharg, passed away suddenly at Shelburne District Hospital on February 25, 1969, in her 91st year. The late Mrs. Maharg was a faithful member of Trinity United Church, Shelburne. She leaves to mourn her passing two sons, Elwood and Milford, Shelburne, and two daughters, Bernice (Mrs. Robert Madill) Rosemont, and Melita, Toronto; also three grandchildren, Jo-Anne and Paul Madill and Connie Maharg. She was predeceased by her husband, four brothers and three sisters. The funeral service was held at the Gamble Funeral Home, Shelburne, on February 28, 1969, with Rev. Warren G. Dickson officiating. Temporary entombment was made in Shelburne Mortuary with the final resting place to be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville. There were many beautiful floral tributes and donations from relatives, friends and organizations.
