  General Notes:

ATKINSON, Ethel Alice On December 15, 2016, Ethel, daughter of the late James Henry Atkinson and Grace Ethel Hemmingway, passed away peacefully at Shalom Village Long Term Care in her 76th year. Loving mother of Kale (Donna), Mark (Jill) and Karen. Cherished by her grandchildren, Kristi, Andrew, Daniel, Davis, Mick, Tom, Sandi and great-grandson Keegan. Dear sister to James (Betty) and Shirley (Randy). Predeceased by former husband Daniel V. Halliwell and her siblings, Lenore, William (Leona), Barbara, and Robert. Ethel will be terribly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. If desired donations to Parkinson Canada or Shalom Village would be appreciated by the family. Cremation occurred December 21, 2016. Celebration of Life will take place late spring 2017.
