Kathy Lynn O’Brien, 64, of Jasper Road, Piketon, Ohio, passed Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly.
Kathy was born November 23, 1955 in Pike County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Forest Spurgeon and Dorothy (Tomlin) Spurgeon. On November 29, 1975 she was united in marriage to Terrance O’Brien, who survives.
Also surviving are her four children, seven grandchildren, and five siblings.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and an uncle, Elmer Tomlin.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday January 8, 2020 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the Boyer Funeral Home from 11:00 until the time of service on Wednesday.
