  General Notes:

BECKLEY, Doyne W. Of Grand Blanc, age 63, died Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Monday, August 24, 2009 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Dr. Darrell Foltz officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society.

Visitation 1-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Doyne was born in Paragould, Arkansas on June 1, 1946, the son of Denver and Nadine Beckley. He had been married to Pamela Tegart for 41 years.

He was a member of the Grand Blanc Lodge #571, F.& A.M. and the U.A.W. Local #1292. He was an avid reader loved crosswords and traveling, especially to Florida and playing with the family dog, Topper. Surviving are wife, Pamela; son, Sean of Grand Blanc; daughter, Heather (Harry) Janiski of Minneapolis; brothers, Danny (Eileen) Beckley, Jimmy (Linda) Beckley; sister, Karen (Gilbert) Bonno; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; close family friends, Ron and Dawn Snyder, Chris and Frank Boone, Mary and Chris Spohn, Ray and Helen Hoard, Skip and Shirley Reinker.

Doyne married Pamela A Tegart, daughter of Thomas Kenneth Tegart and Violet Beatrice Emens, on 21 Jun 1968 in Grand Blanc, Genesee, Michigan, United States of America. (Pamela A Tegart was born on 25 Oct 1946 in Flint, Genesee, Michigan, United States of America, died on 25 Nov 2019 in Fenton, Genesee, Michigan, United States of America and was buried in Cremated.)
