Services: Tues., Oct. 29, 11 a.m.
Graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., for Mervyn Mike Arnison, 72, who passed away October 25, 2002. Pastor John May will officiate.
Mike was born on February 13, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan and resided in Kern County for 65 years. He was a Korean War veteran. Mike worked as a tire tech, repairing and selling tires for 38 years.
Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine in 1997 and daughter-in-law, Rosemary Arnison, in 1993. He is survived by his sons, Mike, Melvin, and Russell Arnison, all of Bakersfield; grandsons, Michael Roy Arnison, Jason David Arnison, Eric Arnison, and Nick Arnison; granddaughter, April Arnison; great-grandson, Jason David Arnison, Jr.; and three half sisters.
Visitation continues this morning, at 9:00 a.m., Greenlawn Mortuary.
