CHURCH RITE SLATED FOR WAR VICTIM
Funeral services for Spec. 4 Terry M. Steiner, 20, of 722 Illinois Ave., North Fond du Lac, who was killed in a helicopter crash in Vietnam on March 11, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. from Church of the Presentation in North Fond du Lac. The Rev. William J. Farrell will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 1, 1949, in Fond du Lac, He attended Horace Mann high school and was a member of the Church of Presentation. He entered the Army Dec. 31, 1968, and arrived in Vietnam on July 5, 1969.
Survivors include his mother, Mr. Lillian Steiner of North Fond du Lac; five brothers, Richard, serving in Vietnam, Bruce, serving with the U.S. Army in Georgia, Robert who has just returned home after completing a tour of duty with the armed forces, and Gary and Thomas, both at home.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday.
