Shaw- Joyce Glendora of St. Thomas, on Friday, February 7,2003, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Robert "Trueman" Shaw and dearly loved mother of Kathryn and her husband John Bostwick and Susanne and her husband Robert Jackson, all of St. Thomas. Dear sister of Marion Grant of Calgary, Margaret Danbrook of St. Thomas, Elsie and her husband Ted Butler of St. Thomas, Jean and her husband George Hale of St. Thomas, Paul Boxall of Hamilton, Ross and his wife Winnifred Boxall of Windsor and the late Clayton Boxall. Loved grandmother of Kim and her husband Shawn Dineen of Edmonton, Martha Bostwick of California, Shawn and his wife Robine Jackson of Woodstock and Aaron and his wife Terri Jackson of St. Thomas. Dear great grandmother of Stephanie and Brianna Jackson. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Joyce was born at R.R. 2 Aylmer on January 15,1923, the daughter of the late Frederick and Mary (Wodham)Boxall. She lived in St. Thomas since 1945 and was a member of St. John's Anglican Church. the Anglican Church Women and the Valleyview Auxiliary. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 48 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.,. Private Interment in Aylmer Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2-5 p.m. in lieu of flowers remembrance may be made to St. John's Anglican Church, Alzheimer Society of the charity of choice.
