On Saturday, May 25, at four in the afternoon, one hundred friends and relatives shared in the marriage of David William Trimble and Sandra Lee Turner at St. Andrew's United Church, Camilla. The church was decorated with yellow and mauve woolen flowers with white satin ribbons.

The ceremony was conducted by Rev. G. Day.

Before the bridal party entered the church Mrs. Mary Phillips sang 'The Wedding Song' accompanied by her son Jed, playing the guitar. The organ music was played by Gladys Meek, sister of the groom. During the signing of the register Mary sang 'Let It Be Me,' accompanied by the organist.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown of white lace and peau de soie with a sleeveless coat of white lace with hood and train. She carried a cascade of pink delight roses. The maid-of-honour was Gail Grainger, of Willowdale, friend of the bride and bridesmaids were Helen Brett and Marie Trimble, friends of the bride, of Orangeville, were gowned in embossed net over yellow taffeta. The Jr. bridesmaid, Leslie Frampton, of Englehart, was gowned in embossed net over yellow taffeta. They carried nosegays of yellow, white and mauve single mums. Ring-bearer, Lyle Erickson, of Englehart, nephew of the bride, wore a white turtle neck sweater and white trousers with a yellow vest.

The bestman, Robert Trimble, brother of the groom and ushers Tom Brett, a friend of the groom and Laverne Trimble, cousin of the groom, were all of Orangeville. They wore black suits with mauve shirts and black bow ties.

A reception followed the service at the Legion Hall in Shelburne where the mother of the bride received in a floor length gown of pink with a corsage of white roses. She was assisted by the mother of the groom, wearing a floor length gown of light blue with a corsage of yellow roses.

A delicious hot turkey dinner was served by the U.C.W. of Camilla and a wedding dance followed enjoyed by many friends and relatives of the bride and groom.

For a honeymoon in the Muskoka Area, the bride wore a blue street length dress with a blue and white vest with white accessories and corsage of blue carnations.

Sandra and David are residing at Bracebridge.

Friends were present from Sarnia, Burke's Falls, Toronto, Brampton, Kingston, Oshawa, Englehart and Bracebridge.

Prior to the marriage Sandra was entertained at a miscellaneous shower given by her bridesmaids, where she received many beautiful and useful gifts. She was entertained by the Operating Room Staff of Dufferin Area Hospital at a dinner at Michael's Restaurant, Caledon, where she was presented with a crystal vase and salt and pepper shakers.
