ROBERT S. JACKSON
Robert S. Jackson, of Shelburne, who passed away in Lord Dufferin Hospital, Orangeville, on Friday, Jan. 10th, 1947, in his 77th year, was born in Mono Township. He is survived by his widow and one daughter, Mrs. Fred Taylor (Bertha), Grand Valley, and three grandchildren, Donald, Harold and Helen Taylor; and two sisters - Mrs. N. C. Bellerby and Miss Sarah Jackson, Shelburne. The funeral took place from the Gamble Funeral Parlor, Monday afternoon, to Shelburne Cemetery Mortuary. The service was conducted by Rev. H. O. Hutcheson. The pallbearers were Messrs. David Horner, Chas. Jackson, Roy Bellerby, Fred Buchanan, Joseph Little, John Little. Floral tributes were from Mr. and Mrs. Fred Taylor, Donald, Harold and Helen Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. D. Horner and family, Mr. and Mrs. Chris. Sorensen. Friends from a distance attending the funeral were from Toronto, Welland, Grand Valley, Mono Centre and Orangeville.
