Peacefully at his residence in Toronto, on Thursday, August 27, 2009, at the age of 73. Dear uncle of Barbara Forestell (Tom) and Shirley Swaffield. Great-uncle of Kevin, David, Anne and Tim. Brother-in-law of Elsie Swaffield. Predeceased by infant sister Ruth, sister Eunice and brother Norris. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W. (at Windermere, east of Jane subway) on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at Humbercrest United Church, 16 Baby Point Road, Toronto, on Monday, August 31, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Alliston Union Cemetery. If desired, donations to Humbercrest United Church or St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
