After living a full and independent life, Marion passed away at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Saturday, May 6, 2017 with her daughter and son-in-law at her side.
Marion was in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Albert (Bill) Paradis. Predeceased by her brother Robert Barnett.
Marion will be sorely missed and forever loved by all her family. Son Michael Paradis (Pearl) of Morrisburg, ON and daughter Joanne Dermott (Alan) of Gravenhurst.
Grandchildren Wendy Paradis of Morrisburg, Jamie Paradis (Emily) of Kitchener, Bobby Paradis (Kristen) of Morrisburg, Jennifer Dermott (Dean Guillemette) of Oakville and Scott Dermott (Meagan Broughton) of Toronto. Great grandchildren Mason, Robert and Otis Paradis, Everett, Naomi and Cicely Paradis, and Jack and Sam Guillemette.
In keeping with Marion's wishes cremation has taken place.
A gathering to celebrate her life will be held in the near future. She was known for her independence and feisty personality.
