Luetta E. Stewart, 80, of Marysville, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in her home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 1, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Otto and Gertrude Brent.

Luetta retired from Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Sears. She was a member of the Woodstock Freewill Baptist Church. Luetta was #1 wife, mom, and grandma. Her life was centered around her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of over 62 years, Bill R. Stewart; sons, Timothy Ray Stewart of Dayton and Mark Lee (Pam) Stewart of Westerville; daughter, Peggy Sue (Kenneth) Gholson of Marysville; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; sister, Betty (Larry) Wilson of Reynoldsburg; brother, William (Jean) Brent of Johnson City, TN; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Luetta was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph and Paul Brent; sister, Margaret Newkirk.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2014 in the Woodstock Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday in the church with Pastor Russell Street officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg.
