TEGART, Violet Beatrice - Age 81, of Grand Blanc, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2005. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Church Christ Scientist, Flint or to the charity of one's choice. Violet was born in Flint, MI to Harvey and Gladys Emens. She worked for General Motors until she retired, making time for traveling with her husband to New Smyrna Beach, FL each year for the winter. She was a longtime member of the First Church Christ Scientist of Flint and Boston, MA. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting traveling, being with her family, spending winters in Florida and going to the movies with her grandchildren. She will be missed by many people, especially her daughter: Pamela Beckley and her son in law: Doyne Beckley; Grandchildren: Sean Beckley, Heather (Harry) Janiski, Brent Synder, Jarad Snyder, Tamara Snyder, son in law: Ronald Synder: Two sisters, nieces, nephews and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years: Thomas Kenneth Tegart and her daughter Penelope Ann Snyder.
