"TOWNSON, George Leonard - At his residence on Monday, May 15, 1995, George; beloved husband of the late Annie; loving father of George Alfred, Marjorie Anne McCombs, James Henry, Gordon Joseph; brother of Marj MacMillan; grandfather of 22; great-grandfather of 22; predeceased by children, Robert John Townson and Linda Marie Aldred; brother, Lloyd Townson and sister, Una McKenzie. The family will receive friends at the McCleister Funeral Home, 30 Brant Avenue on Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., with service in the chapel Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stoke Foundation would be appreciated. McCleister, 759-5400."
