"TOWNSON, Annie Irene - At the Brantford General Hospital, on Friday, October 29, 1982, in her 66th year, Annie (Ferrell) Townson, of 35 Park Avenue; beloved wife of George Leonard Townson; dear mother of Robert of Brantford; George of Norwich; Mrs. Marjorie McCombs of British Columbia; James; Mrs. Ronald (Linda) Aldred and Gordon, all of Brantford; sister of Miss Mary Ferrell; Mrs. Fred (Ariel) Thompson; Mrs. Lydia Schandl and Mrs. George (Grace) Armstrong, all of Brantford; Mrs. Raymond (Eileen) Rowland of London; James Ferrell and Mrs. Edna Adams, both of Brantford; predeceased by three brothers and one sister, Robert Ferrell, Mrs. Clara Weaver, Alfred (Jim) Ferrell and Wilfred (Teck) Ferrell; also survived by 17 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Visitation at the McCleister Funeral Home, 30 Brant Avenue, from Saturday afternoon. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Captain Denis Skipper of the Salvation Army Citadel will officiate. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery."
