A very pretty wedding took place at Glenmount Methodist Church Wednesday evening last, when Miss Edna King was united in marriage to Mr. Meredith Twible, both of Toronto. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Middleton, assisted by Rev. R. W. Frid, B.A., of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The bride entered the church on the arm of her stepfather, Mr. C. Bolton, of Hamilton, wearing a gown of white orange blossoms, carrying a bouquet of white carnations and sweet peas. She was attended by her sister, Edithe, who wore a deep cream taffeta frock with picture hat and carried a bouquet of pink carnations and sweet peas. The flower girl, little Jean McKechnie, niece of the groom, wore a white dress and carried a basket of sweet peas, the groom was assisted by his brother, Mr. Albert Twible, formerly of the Princess Pats. The wedding march was played by Miss Ora Davis, of Toronto. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. N. A. Forster, 40 Fairmount crescent, the bride received many beautiful and useful gifts showing the high esteem in which the young couple were held. Mr. and Mrs Twible left amid. Showers on confetti, and good wishes for a short trip before leaving for their new home in Moose Jaw, Sask.
