SUMMERFIELD, Stanley - At Dufferin Area Hospital, Orangeville, in his 76th year, Stanley Summerfield, beloved husband of Bessie Lindsay, dear father of Marie (Mrs. Paul Brown) and Donald both of Orangeville and grandfather of Rick, Taylor and Michael. Funeral services were held at The Gamble Funeral Home, Shelburne, on Jan 24. Interment Shelburne Cemetery.

Summerfield, Stanley
A highly respected and life long resident of mono Twp in the person of Stanley Summerfield , died Jan 21, 1982. in his 76th year at Dufferin Area Hospital . Son of the late Benjamin & Eliz he was born September 27, 1906. A life long farmer of Summerfield homestead of 25 con. 1 W. Mono he was also a life long member of St. James Anglican Church Primrose. Surviving are his wife the former Bessie Lindsay whom he married in September 25, 1937 at Shelburne Rectory also Marie (Mrs. Paul Brown) & Donald bother of Orangeville. Survived by 3 grandchildren. Rick Brown, Taylor & Michael Summerfield. One sister Kathleen Predeceased him. Funeral Service was held on Jan 24, from Gamble Funeral Home Shelburne, with spring interment Shelburne Cemetery. The service was conducted by Rev. Hamilton of St. Pauls Church.
