SHAW ROBERT MORRIS 'MOE' OF: St. Thomas, on Sunday November 24, 2002, at his late residence, in his 67th year beloved husband of Joan Carolyn (Barendregt) Shaw and dearly loved father of Jeff and his wife Christine (Orr) Shaw of St. Thomas, Pam and her husband Stu Burnie of Orilla , Brian and his wife Tammy (Masi) Shaw of St. Thomas and Penny and her husband Shawn Schroeder of Ottawa. Dear brother of Dennie and his wife Lorna Shaw, George and his wife B.J. Shaw, Marie and her husband Bill Turvey and Larry and his wife Elaine Shaw, all of St. Thomas. loved grandpa of Scot, Benjamin and Robert Shaw, Spencer, Joelle and Olivia Burnie and Quinn Schroeder. Dear son-in law OF Jessie Celia Barder and nephew OF Trueman and Joyce Shaw and Howard Cross and great nephew of Lillian Robinson. cousin of Jack and Bernie Devins as well as a number of other cousins. Sadly missed by a dear friend Ann Meeuse. Also survived by 27 nieces and nephews. Morris was born April 20, 1936 in Penetanquishene, the son of the late George Carl and Marie Francis Dennie (Shaw). He co-owned Shaw's ice cream, Shaw's Dairy stores and Shaw farm. He was a member of St. Mark Masonic lodge #94, Port Stanely. St. Thomas old timers hockey, former member of the Port Stanely, Cardiac hockey team. London Court 56 Royal order of Jesters (R.O.S.) Mocha Temple Shrine Club-Clown Unit, Belmont Golf and Country Club. Round Lake Hunting Club, Burleigh Preceptory, St. Thomas #21 and Palestine Chapter #54 G.R.C. resting at Williams Funeral Home 45 Elgin Street St. Thomas for visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and then Thursday to First United Church where funeral service will be conducted at 1:00. Private interment at Union Cemetery. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. by officers and members of St. Mark's Lodge and Victorian order of nurses.
