Shaw- Mrs. Marie F. (Dennie) of 236 Sunset Dr. St. Thomas, on Thursday, August 22,1991, at the University Hospital, London, in her 83rd year. Devoted wife of the late G. Carl Shaw (Dec. 15,1969) Founder of Shaw's Ice Cream, St. Thomas and lovely devoted mother of C. Dennie, and his wife Lorna, R.R. 1 Sparta, R. Morris and his wife Joan of R.R. 4. St. Thomas, George L. and his wife B.J. Shaw and Larry J. and his wife Elaine Shaw of R.R. 5. St. Thomas, and Marie and her husband William, R.R. 6, St. Thomas. Dear sister in law of Truman and his wife Joyce Shaw, St. Thomas. Also survived by 20 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Resting at the Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St. St. Thomas, where funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday 2 p.m. Interment Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Union United Church Sunshine Unit.
